My approach to design is based on the belief that the discovery of new objects, materials and ideas does not happen magically in a blink of an eye. It builds layer upon layer from cultures and peoples and is imagined, reimagined and embellished as time moves forward. Design is a process of reinterpreting of the past and evolving into the new. Design allows us to reshape timeless ideas and make them right for our own time.
